Leadership Manifesto

 

  • We believe that the women who are willing to transform themselves and become a transformative force for change, are a vital contribution to the world. We also believe transforming women are best positioned to bring forth new creative paradigms of leading and doing business.
  • We believe Twenty-first  century consciousness calls for:
    • a willingness to risk the known for the possible
    • a higher understanding of self-potential
    • a realization that the potential within the inner being must be activated
    • creative ways of seeing and acting and a new approach to life.
  • We believe that our personal and organizational creative potential will be unleashed through shifting from an “I” consciousness to a “we” consciousness and that this will naturally increase each individual’s influence, relevance and power as a leader.
  • We realize all great endeavors are actualized through crucial conversations that bring forth new enterprises and through harnessing the collective wisdom and genius of many.
  • Leaders are philanthropic in heart, vision and action.
  • True Power is based on the interconnectedness and interrelatedness of all life and the realization that I need you to rise and flourish so that I may rise and flourish.
  • A leader is to never loose sight of the bigger picture.
  • Leaders are to think globally and act locally and always be responsible and accountable for their impact, intended or unintended.
  • Leadership requires a holistic view and vision of the world and a willingness to take complete and total responsibility for the all.
  • A Leader must be the change she is seeking to create.
  • Women are best positioned to be leaders of the future because they have the capacity, wisdom, vision and heart to be emissaries of a new feminine paradigm that is not defined by the dominant male culture; an emergent paradigm that is needed in the consciousness of humanity to accelerate the evolutionary and global changes occurring on this planet.
  • True power does not belong to any one individual but rather is accessed through the collective force of many aligned with a common intention and cause.
  • Power and Influence ultimately must be used for the betterment of humankind.
  • Influence expands to the degree that the people you touch are uplifted and inspired.
